Sabino Jauregui
Founder & Lead Attorney
Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Sabino Jauregui is fluent in Spanish and English. Sabino earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
Sabino began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. This foundational experience provided him an insider’s perspective on how the government builds its cases—insight he now uses to build aggressive, innovative defenses for his clients.
In 2003, Sabino transitioned to private practice and founded Jauregui Law, P.A. with one mission: providing an elite defense for those accused of crimes backed by expert legal strategy and unwavering integrity. As a veteran litigator with over 25 years of experience, he has tried hundreds of cases to jury verdict, ranging from complex federal matters to state-level felonies and misdemeanors.
Sabino is frequently sought after for high-profile, media-saturated cases. He is known for navigating intense legal and media scrutiny, most notably serving as defense counsel for Enrique Tarrio in one of the most publicized federal trials in recent history. He also represented the former president of The Hammocks HOA, Marglli Gallego, in a case that drew significant media attention in Miami. His aggressive advocacy has earned him national recognition, and he is a regular legal commentator on major networks, providing expert analysis on high-profile cases.
When your freedom is on the line, you command an advocate with the instinct and determination to win. Sabino is licensed to practice in Florida, Washington D.C., New York, and Colorado, and is admitted to various federal jurisdictions, including the United States Supreme Court.
